How to Measure for Your Body Chain
A= Torso Measurement: Measure from the top of the breast bone at the base of the throat down to where you want the belly chain to connect. This measurement is based on your own personal preferrence. There is no set rule for where your belly chain should be worn. Then select the closest torso size to your measurement. See photo at left.
Additional helpful tips for the torso size:
These measurements are a just a guideline and are based on the approximate length of the chain from the top of the breast bone to the navel. We recommend taking your own measurements according to your preference of where you want your belly chain to connect. However if this is not possible, the following guide may be helpful.
Short 12" if you are up to 5' 4"
Regular 14" if you are up to 5' 6"
Tall 16" if you are over 5' 6"
B= Belly Chain Size: Measure around the top portion of your hips or where you would like to wear your belly chain, then add a few inches to your measurement so it can be adjusted for comfort. The belly chain should not fit snug like a belt. See photo at left.

Below is a standard size chart for our belly chains. Please keep in mind these sizes are approximate. For the best fit we recommend taking your measurements prior to placing an order. Also please remember your belly chain should not fit snug like a belt. Be sure to add a few inches to your measurements.

All of our belly chains include a minimum of 10 inches of adjustable chain. The 10 inches is included in the total measurement of the belly chains. Example: Size Small = 24" to 34". The total length of the chains is 34 inches but can be adjusted down to 24 inches. If you would like your belly chains to have some extra dangle, remember to include it in your total measurements!
