To make this necklace sparkle, we've added Swarovski crystal, clear AB, faceted drop crystal accents at the necklace and nipple dangles. Necklace measures 18 inches and is adjustable. Our nipple clips (shown below), are made from solid sterling silver or 14k gold filled wire shaped to fit comfortably over the nipple. One size fits most, just slide on over the top of the nipple then squeeze gently to the desired fit.
