30 Day Return Policy:


Trinity's Jewelry is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following terms:

*Your return must be received within 30 days from the purchase order date with a copy of your packing slip for an exchange or refund. The cost to ship the return is   the responsibility of the customer. Do not send your return by marking the original box "Return to Sender". Returned shipment fees charged by UPS will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your refund.

*Items returned must be unworn and in the original condition. If you are returning a chain, wrap the chain around tissue or bubble wrap securely to prevent twisting and knotting during shipping. All returns are subject to inspection before an exchange or refund is processed. Any merchandise returned to us that arrives worn or damaged will be refused and returned to sender.

*For your protection, please ship your merchandise pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price and save your shipping receipt. Trinity's Jewelry is not responsible for any returns that are lost and we do not receive and a refund will not be given.

*Due to the nature and use of pierced belly rings and intimate jewelry clips, no returns are accepted for any reason.

*When requesting a refund; the original shipping and gift-wrapping charges are not refundable. If there was a free shipping offer at the time of purchase, the actual shipping charges for your shipment will be deducted from your refund.

*Put your order number on the outside of the package that you are returning or your package may be refused. This is your return authorization number.

*INTERNATIONAL RETURNS are accepted. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of your invoice date. Shipping must be pre-paid and the customs declaration marked as a "Return". This will waive any customs and duty taxes. Trinity's Jewelry will not be responsible for customs and duties taxes for your returned merchandise. Customs and duties taxes are not collected by Trinity's Jewelry but by your country, therefore we cannot refund these charges to you.

Please ship your return or exchange to the address provided on your invoice - return form.


Returns for an exchange or refund received following these terms will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the merchandise. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or form of payment including PayPal and Google only. Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to post to your credit card statement after the refund has been issued. Refunds for returned merchandise paid with a Money Order will be by company check. Original shipping costs, gift wrap and customs fees are non-refundable.

Trinity's Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that is received after 30 days from the purchase date, or that violates the terms of this return policy. Trinity's Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms. Refusing delivery of your order does not constitute a canceled order, it will be considered a return and all return policies will apply.

Incorrect or Defective Items:
 
All orders are inspected for defects and accuracy prior to shipping.  If you should happen to receive an item that is incorrect or defective, we will exchange the item for you and refund the costs you incurred for regular ground shipping to return the item. Expedited services will not be refunded. You must include a copy of your shipping receipt with your return to receive this refund. Your exchanged item order will be shipped to you at no cost for regular ground shipping.  If expedited shipping is requested, the additional charges for expedited shipping services are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Information or Item Errors:

Please review your order information prior to submitting your order. Trinity’s Jewelry is not financially responsible for the cost to exchange and ship an incorrect product unless the error is made by Trinity’s Jewelry. The customer will be responsible for all costs to return the incorrect item and for the exchange when the error is made by the customer. If the shipping address is incorrect on the order submitted, the customer is responsible for all costs and fees if UPS makes a delivery correction or, if the shipment is returned to us and reshipped to a corrected address.
 
  Missing Items:

All orders are personally and carefully hand processed and packaged one at a time and double checked prior to shipping. The packing slip you receive with your shipment will be signed by the packer verifying the accuracy of the order. Please open your shipment carefully as some items like toe rings and belly rings may be in very small boxes or plastic zip lock bags within the packing material inside the larger shipping box. Claims of non-receipt of items will not be accepted.

Product Warranty:

All of our jewelry and materials used in our handcrafted jewelry, are inspected for manufacturer defects prior to shipping. We can only guarantee our handcrafted items that are made here at Trinity's Jewelry. All of our handcrafted jewelry, except otherwise stated in the product description, is warranted against defects for 30 days from the date you receive your jewelry. If there is a problem with your jewelry during that time, please return your jewelry to us. We will either repair or replace your jewelry. Toe rings and belly rings are not manufactured by Trinity's Jewelry and are not covered by this warranty. The cost to ship the item back to us must be prepaid. The shipping costs for standard ground shipping will be refunded to you if we receive your item for repair within the warranty period. You must include a copy of your shipping receipt to receive this refund. Costs for expedited shipping services will not be refunded. Your repaired or replaced item will be shipped to you by standard ground shipping. If expedited shipping is requested, the additional charges for expedited shipping services are the responsibility of the customer.

After the 30 day warranty period, we will be glad to repair your jewelry for you for a nominal fee. Please contact us for repair costs and shipping charges prior to your return. We will provide you with the address to send your jewelry when you contact us. Please send your return for repairs along with your instructions and payment by money order (if instructed to do so).

Canceling an Order:

Trinity's Jewelry will do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. If your order is canceled a refund will be issued to your credit card. Please allow 3-10 business days for this credit to post to your credit card statement. Refusing delivery of your order does not constitute a canceled order, it will be considered a return and all return policies will apply. Any returned shipment fees charged by UPS will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

Address Errors:

A fee will be applied to all orders where:
  -  The incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable.
  -  An invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from the
courier. Such an error may include, but is not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits.
  -   A move or sudden change of address resulting in the refusal or non-delivery of an order.
  -   The customer contacts the courier and requests a change in the delivery address.

The fee will consist of a $5.00 fee (per package) If shipped by USPS or a $10.00 fee (per package) if shipped by UPS plus any applicable costs related to re-routing, forwarding, or redelivering the parcel. This fee will be billed to the credit on file for the original order. Please note that there is no charge for address changes that are made before an order is shipped.

Refused, Unclaimed and Returned Shipments:

Please note a $5.00 fee (per package) will be assessed for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier. For international shipments, the customer will be responsible for any duty/VAT/import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments, in addition to return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.

Please note a $10 fee (per package) will be assessed for all shipments that are re-routed or returned to Trinity's Jewelry by the courier This fee is separate from the re-shipping fee, which is required before packages can be re-shipped.

Lost Orders:

All orders are sent using a traceable service. With this tracking service your package will be scanned and indicated as delivered once it is placed in your mailbox or doorstep. Some packages may require a signature and if you aren't home to sign for it then you will receive a slip indicating an attempt has been made. It will be your responsibility to make arrangements with your UPS or USPS office for redelivery or pick up.
We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation or delivery attempts have been made. We will not replace or refund customers who claim that their package was not received once delivery confirmation has been indicated or if a delivery attempt was made with a notice left for you to contact the delivery carrier. It is the customers responsibility to claim a package when a delivery attempt notice has been left.
Trinity's Jewelry is not responsible for any shipments that are forwarded to a different address from the original shipping address.
If you suspect that your package has been lost, and delivery confirmation has not been made, please contact us immediately. We must be notified within 30 days of the shipping date if you have not received your shipment. We will attempt to track it down for you. If need be we will re-ship your order out to you.


Other Important Information and Policies:

All product descriptions are to the best of our knowledge. All product images do not reflect the quality and beauty of our jewelry as much as we would like. You can expect the items that you purchase to look better than shown in the photograph. If you have any questions about an item, please email or call us before ordering. We will be glad to assist you in any way we can! We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Prices are subject to change when the market for gold and silver fluctuate. We reserve the right to update any of our company policies as we deem fit in order to protect our company as well as our customers. Every customer who places an order through our website will automatically receive an email confirmation of their order, as well as an email shipping confirmation with any tracking information once their order has been shipped. If you did not receive either of these emails it is because you provided an invalid email address or your email spam filters filed the emails to spam. Trinity's Jewelry is not responsible or to be held liable for any complaints outside of the stated non-negotiable policies posted on this website. It is the customer’s responsibility to read any and all policies prior to placing their order. If anyone does not agree to the policies of this store, they should not submit an order.

Right to Refuse Service:

At its sole discretion, Trinity’s Jewelry reserves the right to refuse service or services to any person, company or organization for any reason at any time.

All policies posted on trinitysjewelry.com are non-negotiable. If you for any reason do not accept or agree with our policies, please do not submit an order. Submitting an order automatically states that you accept and agree to our policies.
