Shipping Policy

Trinity's Jewelry accepts orders from and ships to the following destinations:

All 50 United States

 APO and FPO Military States

Canada

 *US Territories

 *US Territories Include: American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

All our jewelry items (except toe rings and select belly rings), are handcrafted and customized to your specifications after your order is received.

Most orders are processed within 2 business days. The shipping time is additional. Large orders may require additional processing time.

Business days are considered Monday - Friday, except holidays. Orders placed after 5pm pacific time, or over the weekend will be received and begin processing the next business day.

We use UPS for shipping most orders therefore, delivery is not available to a P.O. Box for orders of $100 or more. For your protection, purchases $500 or more must be shipped to your billing address associated with your method of payment and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Please Note: If your shipping address is to an apartment, UPS will not leave your package if someone is not home to receive it. UPS will only make 3 attempts to deliver your package before it is returned to us. If your package is returned, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay the return fees and for the cost to ship your order to you again.

International shipping (including APO & FPO) is offered for purchases up to $2000 per order. Due to shipping courier regulations, purchases over $500 will be shipped in separate parcels. International shipping times listed on our web site do not included any delays that may occur during customs clearance and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance time cannot be anticipated for you by Trinity's Jewelry. Once your shipment arrives in customs for your country, the delivery time to your door is the responsibility of your countries customs department. Any delays caused by customs are beyond our control and not the responsibility of Trinity's Jewelry. Any customs clearance delays are not taken into account by UPS or USPS because they are beyond their control and therefore, there are no refunds of expedited delivery fees if any delays occur.

Customs Duties and Taxes on International Orders

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Trinity's Jewelry ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. For legal reasons, requests for us to ship your order as a "gift" to avoid these taxes will be denied. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. The customer will be responsible for return freight charges if product is refused or undeliverable.

Please note: Trinity's Jewelry cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping. If a customer refuses a shipment for any reason, we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given.

In an effort to avoid fraud, we reserve the right to cancel any order submitted with false email addresses and/or telephone numbers. We also reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery or deny a customer’s request for a shipper's release without a signature.

Important: Please include all address information when submitting your shipping address. Your apartment, suite or floor numbers etc. must be on the shipping label or your shipment may be returned. Any corrections to your delivery address made by UPS will result in a fee which will be charged to the customer’s credit card.

*IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Most of the time, your UPS driver can leave shipments for you even if you're not available (except apartments). Track your shipment on ups.com and follow these tips to receive your shipment the first time they try to deliver it. When you track your shipment, you'll know the exact date to expect it.

To receive your shipment on the first delivery attempt if you will not be available, choose from these options:

     - Leave a note for your driver asking him to leave your shipment in a safe designated place.
     - If a signature is required, have the shipment delivered to a neighbor who will be available.

 UPS will only make 3 delivery attempts before returning your shipment back to Trinity's Jewelry.
The cost and any applicable fees charged to return the package and to reship the returned package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Orders:

All orders are sent using a traceable service. With this tracking service your package will be scanned and indicated as delivered once it is placed in your mailbox or doorstep. Some packages may require a signature and if you aren't home to sign for it then you will receive a slip indicating an attempt has been made. It will be your responsibility to make arrangements with your UPS or USPS office for redelivery or pick up. We are not responsible for packages lost after delivery confirmation or delivery attempts have been made. We will not replace or refund customers who claim that their package was not received once delivery confirmation has been indicated or if a delivery attempt was made with a notice left for you to contact the delivery courier. It is the customer’s responsibility to claim a package when a delivery attempt notice has been left. Trinity's Jewelry is not responsible for any shipments that are forwarded to a different address from the original shipping address. If you suspect that your package has been lost, and delivery confirmation has not been made, please contact us immediately. We must be notified within 30 days of the shipping date if you have not received your shipment. We will attempt to track it down for you. If need be we will re-ship your order out to you. 

Address Errors:

A fee will be applied to all orders where:
  -  The incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable.
  -  An invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from the
courier. Such an error may include, but is not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code; incorrect state or country information; typographical errors; or transposed digits.
  -   A move or sudden change of address resulting in the refusal or non-delivery of an order.

The fee will consist of a $5.00 fee (per package)  plus any applicable costs related to re-routing, forwarding, or redelivering the parcel. Please note that there is no charge for address changes that are made before an order is shipped.

Refused, Unclaimed and Returned Shipments:

Please note a $5.00 fee (per package) will be assessed for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the courier. For international shipments, the customer will be responsible for any duty/VAT/import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments, in addition to return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.

Please note a $10 fee (per package) will be assessed for all shipments that are re-routed or returned to Trinity's Jewelry by the courier This fee is separate from the re-shipping fee, which is required before packages can be re-shipped.
 
An order placed by you, online, or by phone, acknowledges your acceptance of our shipping policy as well as all the policies listed on all our company policy pages and they are non-negotiable. Trinity's Jewelry is not responsible for any customer who has chosen not to read these and other store policies, prior to their purchase.If you do not agree to our policies, please do not place an order.

- Allow one additional day for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
- Signature is required upon delivery for orders that total $400 or more.

    UPS Next Day Air

- To calculate the flat rate for UPS 1 day delivery, please add $30 to the standard rates posted above.
- Delivery within 2-4 business days (including order processing time of 1-2 business days)
- Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Allow one additional day for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
- Signature is required upon delivery for orders that total $400 or more.

Any shipments that are refused upon delivery and returned to us will not be considered cancelled orders and you will be charged for all applicable shipping fees, customs duty taxes and any returned package fees.
