IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Most of the time, your UPS driver can leave shipments for you even if you're not available (except apartments). Track your shipment on ups.com and follow these tips to receive your shipment the first time they try to deliver it. When you track your shipment, you'll know the exact date to expect it.
To receive your shipment on the first delivery attempt if you will not be available, choose from these options:
* Leave a note for your driver asking him to leave your shipment in a safe designated place.
* If a signature is required, have the shipment delivered to a neighbor who will be available.
UPS will only make 3 delivery attempts before returning your shipment back to Trinity's Jewelry.
The cost and any applicable fees to reship the returned package will be the responsibility of the customer.
